Drawing on the principals of multiple forms of design and art, from renaissance paintings to brutalist architecture, Malissa aims to capture the story of the spaces she photographs.
Her process is highly collaborative with the designers and stylists she works with to ensure that the designer's vision is realized. The common thread through everything she does are the subtle tones of natural light and shadow.
